Creativity

In my last blog entry I posted a photo of a coat-hook/picture frame project that I wanted to do in Em's room.  After buying dozens of frames to get four I wanted, I ventured to create (honestly, it would be "duplicate") the project in the photo.  Most of the fam was gone this morning, so I ventured to do this on my own, with the exception of a few screw turns by Andrew.  After meticulously measuring, and remeasuring, I drilled the holes/anchors/screws/coat-hooks into the wall.  I very excitedly hung the frames I had prepared, anticipating a great "Ahhhhh" moment.  But what I got was a "What the heck?!" moment.  The frames did not lay beautifully against the wall, but rather hung and swayed like a swing in the breeze.  Argh!  Since the coat-hooks were well attached to the wall (a.k.a. They're not ever coming down!) I decided to leave it, and make the best of it.  Which is still in process, by the way.  I will take a photo when I am finished being creative.

He he! Sounds like the kind of thing that happens to me ALL THE TIME! Based on my vast experience improvising a fix, let me know if you want some help. Several ideas pop into my mind, if indeed I understand the problem correctly. I think a hot glue gun and some homemade spacer might fix the swinging issue.
